I am an event producer & designer based out of Austin, Texas.

What can I do?

• Draft and supervise budgets between $50,000 - +$1,000,000

• Curate proposals that depict the overall look and feel of the event

• Coordinate and track all vendor contracts, COIs, and invoices

• Facilitate and lead production meetings with clients, vendors, city entities, etc.

• Produce high-resolution renderings, CADs, and mockups for clients and/or permitting purposes

• Orchestrate and implement staffing plans

• Hotel contract and BEO management

• Build out the Run of Show for load in, during the event, and load out

• Sponsorship fulfillment

• Manage high-profile speaker and or talent logistics

• Schedule, implement, and manage on site execution
